The heart of my practice is unapologetically rooted in radical queer joy. I hold strong values of sex positivity, abolitionism, and trans vitality.

I genuinely care about the people I work with. My style is playful, warm, and insightful. In addition to my clinical work, I have almost a decade of lived experience navigating the rich complexities of non-monogamy, and identity transitions.

Outside of the therapy room I can often be found muddy and mushroom hunting or watching horror movies from between my fingers beneath a mountain of blankets. Thanks to ADHD, I am almost always working on 10 simultaneous craft projects. I’ll finish one… eventually…
